Paragliding at Cabo de Santa Pola is subject to special mandatory regulations imposed by a resolution of the Spanish Aviation Safety and Security Agency (AESA), due to its location within the operational limits of El Altet Airport.
Before flying in Santa Pola, every pilot must:
Register and provide a copy of their valid federation license, Pilot Certificate, or FAI–APPI license. Registration is annual and must be renewed every year.
Comply with the Local Regulations of Santa Pola.
Carry a visible sticker (on the helmet) proving that the corresponding registration has been completed. The sticker can be collected in person at KASANA AVENTURA shop or through local pilots.
The Cabo de Santa Pola Flying Club requests a financial contribution in exchange for the sticker. All collected funds are used to cover management expenses and maintenance of the Santa Pola take-off site, as well as other take-off areas in the flying zone (such as Palomaret Take-off).
Thank you for helping us keep the site open!
Fill in and submit the registration form.
